All of our custom printed orders are final and not eligible for returns. Our Returns Policy does not apply to customised or personalised items unless the goods are defective or have been damaged in transit.

Coltherd Electrial accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging. Customised garments are non refundable. No products may be returned to Coltherd Limited without the prior written consent of Coltherd Limited and are subject to a return charge.
Cancelling your order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 7 days and will be refunded amount of your order to the account the order originally was paid from. Once Customised an order cannot be cancelled
